ARIA not syncing invoices
  • Ensure your QuickBooks connection is active
  • Check that invoice permissions are enabled
Emails not sending
  • Confirm customer email fields are populated
  • Check spam/junk folders
  • Verify messaging is enabled in ARIA settings
"Connect to QuickBooks" not working
  • Make sure Terms checkbox is selected before connecting
  • Try reconnecting your account

Billing & Subscription

ARIA uses a performance-based model:

  • You only pay when ARIA helps collect funds

  • Billing is calculated monthly in arrears based on funds collected
  • Subscription resets at the start of each month

ARIA securely connects to your QuickBooks account to access:
